PLAN WITH CONFIDENCE
Before you step aboard.
A few practical answers to make planning easier. For arrangements specific to your group, talk to the team.
Where can we cruise?
Explore Toronto Harbour and the Toronto Islands. Your captain chooses the route according to conditions; private charter preferences can be discussed in advance.
What should we bring?
Bring sunglasses, an extra layer and soft-soled shoes. The water can feel cooler than the shore. Ask the team which food and serving items you should bring for your particular charter.
Can we bring food?
You can discuss bringing food or arranging catering with the team. Confirm your menu, any preparation needs and service arrangements before the day.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
Please confirm the alcohol policy, any bar minimum and charges directly with the team before bringing drinks.
Can guests use the BBQ?
Guests cannot operate the BBQ or cook on board. Discuss prepared food or catering options with the team.
What footwear is suitable?
Choose soft-soled shoes such as deck shoes or trainers. Avoid high heels on board.
What is included?
Charters include a captain, first mate and steward, with water, ice and paper products. Ask for a written breakdown of the inclusions for your charter.
How many guests can join?
Share your complete guest count so the team can confirm the permitted number and suitable event arrangement.
Is my requested date confirmed?
An inquiry is a request. Your date is confirmed only when the team explicitly confirms the reservation and its terms.
What are the cancellation and weather policies?
Request the current cancellation, rescheduling and weather terms before paying.
